Quick Weeknight Dinner

While at Giant on Monday I came upon two new items to use for a few different meals. First, I found Flatout Thin Crust flatbreads. They were $3.99 for 6. There were a few flavors but I choose "Spicy Italian." Second, I found Jimmy Dean's turkey sausage crumbles. It was on sale for 2/$5. I love the breakfast sausage from Jimmy Dean so I decided to also give the crumbles a try.

Had to work late tonight and wasn't feeling up for cooking but came across these two new items in my freezer and pantry! I decided to make a pizza using the turkey sausage, pizza sauce, reduced  fat mozzerella, and peppers/onions.

I precooked the flatbread for a few minutes to make it crispy. As it was toasting, I sautéed onions and peppers in a pan with a little cooking spray. After it was finished, I added the other toppings and into the toaster oven it went. 310 calories and dinner was served in 10 minutes! It was delicious!
