In January 2013, I became unhappy with my weight so I became determined to change it. I began by joining My Fitness Pal and downloading the application for my iPhone. I went to my favorite food blog, Skinny Taste, so I could create a food shopping list. Once I had my application and my tools, I was ready to begin!
Once I had went food shopping, I had to go through my pantry and throw out any temptations and restocked with healthy alterations, which I will discuss my favorites later.
I created a two week menu of dinners using Skinny Taste website, which the nutritional information is already in My Fitness Pal!
I am consuming 1,200 daily calories.
As of today, April 4, 2013 I have lost 11.3% of my body weight and headed toward my ultimate goal.
This blog will be the continuation of my weight loss journey as well as my obsession with pictures of my food!
